Cinnabons 💕


**For Dough:
2 and ¾ cups all-purpose flour
3 Tblspn sugar
1 tsp salt
1 package instant yeast
½ cup water
¼ cup milk
2 Tbspn soft butter
1 large egg

¼ cup soft butter
2 Tblspn ground cinnamon
¼ cup brown sugar

**Cream cheese icing glaze:
56g  butter
85g cream cheese
½ tbsp. vanilla essence
1 ½ cup icing sugar


**For Dough:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, the sugar, salt, and yeast together until we’ll combined.
In a smaller microwavable bowl, heat the water, milk, and butter together (in micro) until the butter is melted (about 30-45 seconds).
Combine the  butter and flour mixture. Add the egg and knead with your hand for 3-4 minutes or until the dough is no longer sticky. Place in a lightly greased bowl and let rest for about 5 minutes.

To Make Filling: After the dough has rested for 5 minutes, roll it out in a  rectangle shape. Spread the filling (butter, cinnamon and sugar mixed together)  on top.
Roll up the dough tightly and cut into even pieces. Place in a lightly greased square pan and lightly cover with aluminum foil
Rest for 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and turn off after 10 minutes or just before placing rolls in oven.
TURN OFF the oven and place the cinnamon buns in the oven to rise for 20 minutes. Keep the buns in the oven (REMOVE THE FOIL ) and turn on the oven to 180degrees Bake the cinnamon rolls for 20-30 minutes or until golden or filling starts to bubble.
Remove from oven and top with glaze. 

**Cream cheese icing glaze:
Beat together cream cheese, butter, icing sugar, vanilla essence and salt. spread the frosting on them while they are still warm so that the frosting melts into the rolls
