Microwave Sponge Cake 💕
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Method:
Mix all ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl.
Add 1 cup boiling water and mix well
Add a pinch of salt
2 level teaspoons baking powder
1 and a half cups self raising flour
Mix together with a Whisk and microwave on high for 7 minutes.
Best made in a silicone mould but it must be grease sprayed twice
